ORDERS
Minimum opening order is $300 and must be paid by credit card. First-time customers must submit a copy of their resale certificate by fax or mail. Minimum reorder amount is $200. Prices subject to change. We accept orders by phone, fax and e-mail from 9 am to 5 pm CST. Heather Lins Home will confirm telephone orders by fax. The confirmation fax must be signed and returned.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

DESIGNER DISCOUNT
Interior designers and architects receive a 20% discount off suggested retail prices. Please submit a copy of your resale certificate and your letterhead by fax or mail.

DELIVERY
All of our pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for orders. If there are unexpected delays in producing your order, you will be notified. Shipping and handling charges are additional. Orders will be shipped UPS Ground from Madison, WI unless otherwise specified. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges.

SWATCHES
Color representations vary in printed materials and on computer monitors. If color and texture are paramount to you, we'll gladly send you a swatch book.

CANCELLATIONS
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Refusal to accept a delivery from a carrier does not relieve you of the responsibility for payment.

DELIVERY CLAIMS
Heather Lins Home will not be liable for loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise. When you receive an order, please inspect it thoroughly, note damage on the delivery receipt and file a freight claim with the carrier.

RETURNS
We take great care in creating our merchandise and filling your orders. Please inspect your order upon receipt for any discrepancies. If there is a problem such as a defective item or a mispacked order, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt. Clearance items and custom orders are not returnable.

Upon providing invoice information and valid reason for return, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RGA). Returns cannot be accepted without an RGA.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. Shopworn or soiled items will not be accepted. Once we receive your returned goods along with a valid RGA number, we will send replacement goods. Please allow at least 15 business days to process merchandise returns.

VARIATION
Items from Heather Lins Home may have slight variations in color, texture and finish due the handcrafted nature of the process. These are not flaws. Each item is unique and bears the mark of the artisan who made it. Dye lots may change without notice and fabrics are occasionally discontinued. If this is a concern, please contact us for a swatch book prior to ordering. Measurements are approximate.
